All rates for rest of world and Europe are based on Airmail Royal Mail post rates including International Signed for.
Standard Class Delivery in the UK (2 to 3 working days)
Standard Air mail to Western Europe (5 to 7 working days)
Standard Air mail to the Rest of the World (7 to 10 working days)
Orders received by 3 pm are normally processed and despatched on same day (excluding week ends and bank holidays).
Delivery Schedule
You must inform us within three working days of expected delivery of the goods if they are lost or damaged in transit so that we can correct the problem. Please quote your invoice number in all correspondence.
Returns Policy
Under the Home Shopping : Distance Selling Regulations private purchasers have the right to cancel the order up to 7 days after receipt of items if the items have not been used. This does not apply to items made to a purchasers own specification eg: personalised cards.
